Our mobile event catering services can be designed to deliver a completely bespoke service for your event. Our ethos is to approach every party and function differently, as each one will come with different requirements and we will never give a generic service. An “off the shelf” approach is limiting for both ourselves and our clients, so we will always work with you to give your party a menu to do it justice.

The cost of outdoor event catering will vary depending on the size, complexity and duration of the event. The greater the number of guests and the longer the event lasts, the larger the final bill will be. The price will also rise if you need more specialised services – bar staff who are simply handing over bottled beers and pouring wine cost less than skilled mixologists turning out professional level cocktails, for example.

All you need to do is call us and explain what kind of mobile event catering you need. We can take care of everything else – we are experienced in catering for sports events, office events, weddings and every other kind you can think of – and because we are a fully mobile service we can deliver our services anywhere, whether they are equipped with kitchens or not.
Naturally, ensuring that all of the food and drink we provide at an event meets UK hygiene regulations is imperative. All of our staff have the applicable hygiene training and we are meticulous in our delivery of good, safe food and drink. As a mobile event catering company we can deliver such a service in almost all situations, but a supply of clean water at the venue always makes our job easier.
We can accommodate most allergy requirements if we know about them in advice, and will happily adapt menus to exclude items that might present an allergy risk to any of our guests. We must stress however that we cannot be sure to exclude potential allergens if we are not informed of the issue in advance.
When we are catering outdoor events space is rarely an issue. However we are very used to having to fit ourselves in to tight indoor spaces. This is one of the things we consider when we plan an event and will usually be able to work with whatever space we have available, although sometimes space limitations may limit the services we are able to provide.
